Teresa Jacobsson founded JW Industries Group on a simple belief: organizations perform at their best when leaders identify the real problem, make informed decisions, and execute with discipline.

Over more than 25 years, Teresa has led organizations through complex operational, financial, governance, and organizational challenges across federal government contracting, Alaska Native Corporations, Tribal organizations, nonprofit organizations, and commercial enterprises. Her experience spans executive leadership, mission support, financial oversight, infrastructure programs, construction project management, organizational performance, and strategic growth.

 

Known for asking the questions others avoid, Teresa quickly identifies the issues limiting organizational performance and works alongside leadership teams to restore accountability, strengthen execution, and improve long-term results. Her leadership has helped organizations recover federal programs, restore compliance, strengthen financial management, improve organizational effectiveness, and successfully execute complex projects in highly regulated environments.

Karen Hartke | CFO

Karen Hartke provides executive financial leadership to organizations operating in complex regulatory and contractual environments. She specializes in strengthening financial operations, modernizing accounting systems, improving compliance, and building scalable financial organizations that support long-term growth.

 

Her expertise includes government contract accounting, construction accounting, grant financial management, audit readiness, financial systems modernization, internal controls, enterprise risk management, investment policy development, financial governance, and executive financial strategy.

 

Karen works directly with executive leadership to improve financial performance, recruit and develop high-performing finance professionals, establish effective financial processes, and implement accounting systems that provide stronger operational visibility and decision-making. Her experience helping organizations transition to more effective financial systems and strengthen internal financial operations enables clients to reduce risk while improving efficiency and long-term sustainability.
