Teresa Jacobsson founded JW Industries Group with the belief that strong organizations are built through capable people, sound decisions, and consistent execution. Her leadership is grounded in a people-centered approach that values relationships, accountability, and practical solutions. She works closely with executive teams to navigate challenges, strengthen operations, and turn organizational priorities into meaningful results.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Teresa has led organizations and worked with federal agencies, Alaska Native Corporations, Tribal organizations, large commercial enterprises, and major nonprofits. Her experience spans executive leadership, federal mission support, program and project management, financial oversight, infrastructure coordination, and organizational strategy. Under her leadership, JW Industries Group was recognized as a 2026 U.S. Chamber of Commerce CO—100 Champion of Adaptability, reflecting the company's resilience and ability to navigate change while continuing to deliver for its clients.

Karen Hartke brings extensive expertise in government contract accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance. As Chief Financial Officer of JW Industries Group, she provides executive financial leadership that strengthens financial operations, improves accountability, and supports complex federal missions. Her disciplined approach emphasizes accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and sound financial policies that support informed decision-making and effective program execution.
Karen has supported federal contractors, Alaska Native Corporations, construction firms, nonprofit organizations, and commercial enterprises through complex financial and operational challenges. Her experience spans financial systems modernization, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audits and compliance, financial policy development, enterprise risk management, investment oversight, and organizational governance. She combines technical expertise with practical financial oversight to reduce financial risk, strengthen organizational performance, and advance mission success.
